| Primary Purpose of Position |
| Supervise logistic activities for company-owned and owner-operator trucks. Collaborate with the Logistics team, Drivers, Independent Motor Carriers, Customers, and Sales to meet and exceed customers’ expectations, ensuring quantities are picked up and delivered in a timely manner to the appropriate locations. Manage customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. This role will also be responsible for ensuring uncompromising levels of safety and compliance in the areas of DOT (Transportation) and OSHA (General Workplace Safety). |

Safety: · Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve written safety and compliance protocols for all companies in the areas of DOT and OSHA, including obtaining required certifications and training for the role. Conduct personnel training and guidance in all areas of safety. · Investigate and finalize all safety-related incidents, including working with applicable authorities, insurance companies, the Safety Advisory Board, applicable staff, HR, and Logistics team regarding disciplinary steps. · Through technology and other means, ensure compliance with Electronic Driver Log requirements and driver inspection reports (DVIR) processes for both drivers and shop operations. Establish company driver truck safety operating procedures and ensure daily monitoring or electronic truck safety tools (i.e., speeding, hard braking, hard turns, etc.). Based on these findings, work with the logistics team (and HR as needed) to evaluate driver performance in these areas and ensure proper corrective action is taken. Routinely audit DVIR compliance. · Maintain all reporting and inspection requirements with DOT and OSHA. · Manage regulatory-required company drug testing procedures in coordination with HR and the logistics team. · Develop and promote an incentive program based on drivers’ safety scores. · Monitor company scores on FMCSA website, keeping safety scores best in class. DataQ incidents when applicable. |

| Primary Purpose of Position |
| The Controller is responsible for the oversight, preparation, analysis, and distribution of the company’s consolidated financial statements, and manages the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes including variance analysis to ensure accurate, timely, and relevant financial reporting. The Controller, working with other management, will have ownership of achieving company performance metrics, including expense management and job profitability. |
| Responsibilities |
| · Provide monthly reporting of all company financial results by the 10th of the month following, including G/L and account reconciliations, fixed asset analyses, inventory evaluations, comparative and budgetary financial analysis, banking and cash flow, and Leadership Team reporting. |
| · Build and evaluate cost accounting structures for all areas of the business, identify inefficiencies, and work with department managers to implement cost improvements. |
| · Create, monitor, and report around budgetary controls, including providing financial analytics around all areas of financial, cost, production, operational and budgetary reporting. |
| · Routinely improve efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of all accounting functions and internal controls, including purchasing/accounts payable, billing/accounts receivable, cost accounting, financial reporting, etc. |
| · In coordination with third-party IT service providers, oversight of information systems hardware, networking, and software services. |
| · Document and maintain workflow and processes for all Finance and Accounting functions, including evaluation and maintenance of the proper systems and control environment for all entities. |
| · Lead the day-to-day accounting and reporting functions, including supervising the accounting staff team. |
| · Lead annual insurance evaluations and renewal processes for all liability, property and casualty, and workers’ compensation insurance ensuring most cost-effective insurance strategies. |

| Primary Purpose of Position |
| Responsible for the complete oversight of the profitability and productivity of the Sunset Cartage fleet, including Logistics Supervisors, Logistics Representatives, and indirect management of all Drivers. Daily tasks include monitoring the daily operations, maintaining, and tracking all trucks within the fleet, knowledge of the daily assignments of company trucks and IMCs, tracking customer job assignments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivery of services. This role will also be responsible for ensuring uncompromising levels of safety and compliance in the areas of DOT (Transportation). This includes: development and continued refinement of all safety programs in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations; developing, monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement surrounding all safety and compliance matters, including working with Human Resources, Logistic Supervisors and applicable staff around required disciplinary actions; ensuring all annual site inspections and reporting requirements are being met in areas of DOT; development and implementation of regular safety training courses for all personnel; management of all required drug and alcohol testing programs; ensuring timely investigation of all DOT incidences and navigation of such matters with the Safety Advisory Board. |

| · Assist in all aspects of logistics operations as needed, including driver communication, monitoring of dispatching services, and serving as a last line of defense for fulfilling customer services. |

| · Create a culture of high-level communication between the Logistics team, customers, and drivers regarding operational challenges, updates, and ETAs in a professional and timely manner. |
| · Maintain constant inventory of truck fleet, including trucks that need drivers, trucks out of service, number of trucks in the fleet currently being used on a day-to-day basis, and trucks not being utilized due to driver absence, PTO, and work injuries. |
